There is a development snapshot of chardev 10 available build on the MoP beta client files (b15650). Most work went into updating chardev's database and the tools required to parse the game files. Also a new spell description parser was implemented, replacing the naive approach of chardev 1-9 by an AST.

The current to-do list includes determining base stats for levels 86 to 90, updating the stat calculation to reflect game mechanic changes and adding the pandaren. These things will have to wait until I actually get a beta invite.
